Sales Department Assistant with German

For our client, a company that has a close-knit team of professionals focusing on various areas of life sciences, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Sales Department Assistant with German.

You will be responsible for all communication with German-speaking customers and support for the development of the newly established branch of the German company located in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

• active telephone and e-mail contact with existing clients of the company
• expansion and updating of the customer database
• preparation of commercial offers
• order handling
• ad hoc translations of German-language documents

Our expectations:

• minimum secondary education
• minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• fluent in German language - both written and spoken
• communicative knowledge of English
• ease of making new contacts
• conscientiousness and reliability in carrying out assigned tasks
• good manners
• ability to work in a team
• experience in working with the CRM system
