Web Developer for Data Visualization

For our client, a leading laser research center, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Web Developer for Data Visualization.

Job description:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize custom data plugins tailored to scientific visualization needs
• Build robust backend services using Node.js, ensuring efficient integration with time-series databases, particularly InfluxDB
• Integrate diverse APIs for real-time data retrieval and dynamic visualization capabilities
• Support load balancing and optimize infrastructure performance for reliable and scalable visualization services
• Troubleshoot issues related to data connectivity, performance bottlenecks, and visualization accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js development, with proven experience developing backend applications
• Demonstrable experience creating custom REACT applications
• Solid understanding and practical experience with database interactions
• Familiarity with API integrations and RESTful services

Optional Qualifications (beneficial but not mandatory):

• Experience with Grafana or ElasticSearch
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
